Configure DMS folders

You can specify which Document Management System (DMS) folders are used for each document group.

  1. On the System Administration screen, click DMS Folder Configuration.

    The Document Management System Configuration screen appears.

  2. Make the required changes.

    Column

    Description

    Name

    The name and description of the document group.

    Description

    Product

    One of:

    • BC (Building Control)

    • PL (Planning)

    • PP (Public Protection)

    Associated Schema

    The main schema associated with the document group.

    DMS Folder

    The name of the DMS folder to use for documents in this group.

    • Click Edit to make it editable.

    • Click OK to save any changes, or Cancel.

  3. Click Close.
