Add printers for document production at the ASSURE server
The central printers available for selection during template definition and document production must be predefined at the server by an administrator with the appropriate level of access.

Log onto the ASSURE server by using the Service Level Domain account that was created as part of the ASSURE deployment.

Add the required printers.

Stop, and then re-start, the ASSURE Document Production Windows Services.

Perform an IIS reset.
Important
An IIS reset will affect on all web products/services on the server; you should do this at a time that will inconvenience the fewest users.
