Review pending documents waiting to be uploaded to NEC Document Management

If a document cannot be uploaded to the NEC Document Management (NEC DM) repository for any reason, it is queued until NEC DM becomes available again.

If you have the NEC DM/DME unavailable checkbox ticked in the Notifications area of your user details, you are notified whenever ASSURE detects that NEC DM is unavailable. In addition, a Pending Document to Upload command is added to the Notifications menu; this command is not present otherwise.

Viewing the list of pending documents

  1. On the menu bar, click Notifications, and then click Pending Document to Upload.

The Pending Document to Upload to NEC Document Management screen appears. The most recently queued document is listed first.

  2. Click Refresh to refresh the list.
