Configure an appointment booking service (ABS) for Public Protection

Configuring your authority's preferred ABS for ASSURE Public Protection

1. On the System Administration screen, under General, click Appointments Configuration.

   The Appointments Configuration screen appears.

2. Specify the following details.

   Appointments Configuration settings

   Field	Description
   Appointments Provider	The ABS provider. Note: Only Microsoft Bookings is currently supported.
   Client ID	Your authority's client ID.
   Azure Application ID	Azure's registered application ID.
   Client Secret	Your authority’s client secret.
   Business ID	A specific department or directorate within your authority for which appointments may be booked. Each business can offer multiple booking services.

3. Click Test Connection to ensure that the settings work as expected.

   

4. Click Save.
