Create or edit a predefined hearing

Pre-defining hearings can simplify the processing of Antisocial Behaviour worksheets and Licence applications that include Hearing or Review / Appeal tabs.

Creating a hearing

  1. On the System Administration screen, click Predefined Hearings.

    The Predefined Hearing List Summary screen appears.

  2. Click Create Predefined Hearing.

    The Add or Edit Hearing screen appears.

  3. In the Hearing Date and Hearing Time fields, specify when the hearing is due to start.

  4. Use Find Address to identify the location of the hearing.

    If you make a mistake, click red cross icon Remove address and try again.

  5. Click Save to return to the Predefined Hearing List Summary screen.

Editing a hearing

  1. On the Predefined Hearing List Summary screen, click the linked location of the hearing you want to edit.

    The Add or Edit Hearing screen appears.

  2. Make the required changes.

  3. Click Save.

Deleting a hearing

  1. On the Predefined Hearing List Summary screen, click red cross icon Delete Row next to the hearing you want to delete.

  2. Click Yes to confirm.
