Configure worksheets

A system administrator can create and maintain hierarchical department > application > task group > task (worksheet) structures.

  • Each department can include one or more applications; an application can be assigned to multiple departments.

  • Each application can include one or more task groups; a task group can be assigned to only one application.

  • Each task group can include one or more tasks; a task can be assigned to only one task group.

An application's set of task groups and tasks is the same in all the departments to which that application is assigned.

Note

Department, Task Group, and Task Type codes are created and maintained by your local authority. Application codes are managed exclusively by NEC Software Solutions.
