View related documents in NEC Document Management (from the document queue)
An authority user or system administrator can view a collection of related documents that are stored in the NEC Document Management repository, provided that at least one is still visible in the document queue and has an appropriate status.
A system administrator can view other users' documents, not just the ones they request themselves.

Click the Letters menu, then click Document Queue.
The Document Queue screen appears.

Tick the document's adjacent checkbox and then click
.The NEC Document Management Document Search screen opens in a new browser tab, listing the documents that are related to the selected document.

Optionally, select any document and then click
View in the DOCUMENT TOOLS ribbon.
The document either opens in a new browser tab, or a copy is downloaded to your computer, depending on the type of document.
Note
If the selected document is not stored in NEC Document Management, an NEC DM Document error message screen appears in ASSURE. If the document cannot be found in NEC Document Management, a No document matched the specified criteria message appears.
