Dashboards

Your Officer Workload dashboard is typically assigned to you in your user account:

• Building Control Fees

• Building Control Online Application

• Building Control Officer Workload

• Planning Online Application

• Planning Officer

• Planning Registration

• LC Online Search Requests

• PP Officer Workload

• PP Officer Workload Detail

• PP Licensing Officer Workload

• PP Env Permits Officer Workload

An Officer Workload dashboard typically consists of a pie chart showing the work allocated to you, broken down by status. An adjacent report lists the worksheet details, filtered according to which "slice" of the pie chart is currently selected. You can open any listed worksheet simply by clicking its linked Application Number.

• The Building Control Officer Workload dashboard includes data for resubmitted applications.

• The PP Officer Workload dashboard includes all relevant worksheets, including Enquiries, Notices, and so on.

• The PP Officer Workload Detail dashboard includes a column in the report showing the information from the Details tab of the worksheet.

• The PP Licensing Officer Workload dashboard shows only Licence worksheets and the report includes a Transaction Type column

• The PP Env Permits Officer Workload dashboard shows only Environmental Permit worksheets and the report includes a Transaction Type column.

The applications and forms allocated to you are those that you created, responded to, or have otherwise been given responsibility for.

When you log in to ASSURE, your assigned Officer Workload dashboard is automatically displayed to you in the Dashboard screen. If you have no assigned dashboard, a default dashboard (set by a system administrator) is displayed instead. Subsequently, you can choose any dashboard available on the Dashboard menu item.

In addition to your Officer Workload dashboard, every authority user can also have a personal dashboard, known as "My Dashboard". The My Dashboard dashboard is accessed from the Dashboard > My Dashboard menu item.

You can configure My Dashboard by adding up to four charts, each of which represents a different report, also known as a dashlet.

Each ASSURE module or product area has its own dashlets.

For each chart displayed in My Dashboard, you can click on a slice or bar of the chart to open a Full Report screen that lists the relevant items, filtered according to which part of the chart is currently selected. You can open any listed record by clicking its linked Application Number, Licence Reference, or Business Number.

The Departmental Searches dashboard is relevant only to ASSURE Land & Property with Land Charges. The dashboard is available only to authority users who belong to departments that have unanswered CON29 or extra questions. From here, an authority can answer those questions for which their department is responsible.
