Delete selected Public Protection worksheets and other records
You can delete Public Protection worksheets and other records found by searching, provided that you have the necessary permissions. The following types of record can be deleted:
-
Any type of PP worksheet.
-
Environmental Permit, Food Business, and Licence current pictures.
-
PWS Details (Supply) records, but only if they are closed and there are no outstanding PWS Visits allocated.
Deleting a record automatically deletes any related records that are now redundant. Any documents associated with a deleted record are removed from the NEC Document Management repository, M3PP Binary Large Object (BLOB) fields, and the Document Management Engine (DME) file store. The audit log records only the fact that the record has been deleted; all previous audit records that relate to that record are removed.
