You can delete actions found by searching. Any documents associated with a deleted action are removed from the NEC Document Management repository, M3PP Binary Large Object (BLOB) fields, and the Document Management Engine (DME) file store.

Use the General Search screen to find the relevant actions, and select them. Your search must include at least one of the Action Management criteria.

Click and select Delete.

ASSURE asks you to confirm, twice, that you really want to delete the selected actions.
ASSURE begins deleting the selected actions.

You can click and confirm to stop the process, but anything that has been deleted up until that point is lost.
