Complete actions in selected Public Protection records
You can complete actions found by searching.

Use the General Search screen to find the relevant actions, and select them. Your search must include at least one of the Action Management criteria.

Click Batch Close.
and selectThe Batch Close dialog opens.

In the Completed Date and Time fields, specify the values to be entered in the Actual Date and Actual Time fields of each action. This cannot be a future date or time.

Click
.ASSURE attempts to complete each action in turn. Each action is marked by
success or
failure, explained by a status.
Batch Close: Statuses Status
Meaning
Success
Completed
Success (Warning - Time Taken is Missing)
Completed, even though the Time Taken field has been configured to be mandatory for records of this type.
Already Completed
The action is already completed.
Completed before Procedure Header Date
There is a Procedure Started action that is later than the proposed completion date.

If all actions are successfully closed, or if some need further editing to complete, click

You must have the ACTN-ACCESS security key, as well as the keys necessary to update records of the selected types.
