ASSURE administration

All administration tasks are performed by using options on the System Administration screen.

Tip

It's best to make these changes when the system is not being used.

Accessing the System Administration screen

  1. Log in to ASSURE as a user with the System Administrator role.

  2. Click the cog menu in the top right corner of the screen, and then click Admin.

    The System Administration screen appears.

    ASSURE system administration tasks are grouped into the following sections:

    • General

    • Building Control

    • Building Control Enforcements

    • Planning

    • Appeals

    • Enquiries and Complaints

    • Planning Enforcement

    • Tree Preservation Orders

    • Legal Agreements

    • Assets

    • Land Charges

    • Public Protection

The following sections summarise the administration tasks. Some buttons may not be present because the functions they represent are not licensed, not enabled, or are not available to you.
